About This Event

Habitare is the leading furniture, design, and interior event in the Nordics. The 2026 edition at Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre brings together 500+ companies and organisations under the theme "Plot Twists". Exploring how design responds to unexpected changes in how we live, work, and interact. The show covers furniture, lighting, textiles, tableware, and home technology, with a strong emphasis on Finnish and Scandinavian design heritage alongside international innovation.

Who It's For

Open to the general public. Habitare Pro (the trade programme) offers free registration for design professionals and students. The event attracts interior designers, architects, retailers, and design-conscious consumers alike.

Getting There

By Train: Pasila railway station is just 300m away. One stop from Helsinki Central Station (about 5 minutes). Both commuter and long-distance trains stop here.

By Tram: Lines 2, 7, and 9 run from Helsinki city centre to Pasila.

By Car: P-Messukeskus has approximately 4,350 spaces on 6 floors with automatic licence plate recognition (no ticket needed). From approximately €13/day.

Tip: From Helsinki Airport, take the train to Pasila station (about 30 minutes). Buy tram tickets via the HSL app before boarding.

Tickets & Registration

Paid entry. Regular advance ticket approximately €24.50; students around €15; children under 11 free. Add €3 for on-site purchase. Habitare Pro (trade) registration is free for verified design professionals and students.
