Vienna Design Week is Austria's most important multidisciplinary curated design festival, and 2026 marks its 20th anniversary edition. Over 10 days, approximately 200 events across 50+ locations explore the intersection of design with craft, technology, social innovation, and urban culture. The festival is known for its strong curatorial vision, mixing established names with emerging talent. Past highlights include the popular "Passionswege" series, which pairs designers with traditional Viennese craft workshops.
