London Design Festival 2026
About This Event
The London Design Festival is the 24th edition of the city's most celebrated cultural event for design. For nine days in September, hundreds of installations, exhibitions, talks, and events transform venues across the capital. From the V&A (the festival's permanent hub) to pop-up spaces in Shoreditch, Bromley-by-Bow, and beyond. The festival encompasses furniture, product design, architecture, fashion, graphics, and digital design, making it the broadest celebration of design in the world. Key features include the landmark commissions in the V&A's grand spaces and the neighbourhood design routes.
Who It's For
Fully open to the public. Interior designers, architects, product designers, students, collectors, and anyone interested in design. The festival intentionally blurs the line between trade and public. Everyone is welcome.
Dates & Opening Hours
12-20 September 2026. Events run throughout the day and evening across hundreds of venues.
